This didn't start as a startup idea.

MHE Field Tech Solutions was founded by a field technician who spent years turning wrenches on forklifts and material handling equipment — the kind of work where the truck is down, the customer is waiting, and the manual is 300 pages of PDF you're scrolling through one-handed while covered in hydraulic fluid.
